How Do I Change My Vote?

Master Ballots

YOU SHOULD REVIEW THE NEW PLAN, THE TCC LETTER ABOUT THE NEW PLAN, AND CONSULT AN ATTORNEY BEFORE VOTING.

If you are represented by an attorney, your attorney will collect YOUR voting decision from you and mark YOUR election on the master ballot.
If possible, instruct your attorney how YOU want to vote by using e-mail. Keep a copy of the e-mail that you send.
If your attorney is not helping or responding, you may ask the Voting Agent (Omni) for your own ballot by emailing: BSAballots@omniagnt.com

Master Ballot Submission (for Attorneys)

COMPLETE AND SEND EACH OF THE FOLLOWING TO OMNI:

Resubmit the Excel Spreadsheet that reflects the revised elections of your clients.
Resubmit the log that reflects your clients' elections.
Re-execute and date the certification that attests to the submission of the elections by your clients on the master ballot.

Individual Direct Abuse Ballots

YOU SHOULD REVIEW THE NEW PLAN, THE TCC LETTER ABOUT THE NEW PLAN, THE ENTIRE BALLOT AND CONSULT AN ATTORNEY (IF YOU HAVE ONE) BEFORE VOTING.

If you do not have an attorney or your attorney is NOT collecting your vote by a master ballot you will use an INDIVIDUAL ballot to cast your vote.
The key elections are in the following pages where you must do the four following things:

Elect to REJECT or ACCEPT the Plan. TCC Recommends to ACCEPT.
IF you want $3,500 Distribution, check box. If NOT, do NOTHING.
Check the OPT-OUT Box.
Fill out all of your information and sign the Ballot.
Mail your ballot to Omni so that it is received by March 7, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. (Eastern).
